Chili Cheese Dip

This is a sister recipe to the classic hamburger velveeta dip that everyone in the midwest has grown up with. Buffalo Wild Wings used to have a similar VERSION of this that was so good. we’ve always wanted to recreate that in some way. why not stick with what we already know and love and just adjust the ingredients slightly to get a whole new flavor!

This would be an outstanding way to use up leftover chili. That last little bit at the end that no one wants. And let’s be honest, we all make way more chili than we anticipated to.

  • CHILI CHEESE DIP

  • 2-3 cans chili of choice (or leftover chili)

  • 2 lb. (32 oz.) Mexican Velveeta

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese

  • Garlic Powder to taste (we used approximately 1 tsp.)

  • Chili Powder to taste

  • Diced onion (optional)

  • Milk to thin to desired consistency

  • Combine all ingredients in crockpot, or stovetop on low, until warm and melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
