Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

this ultimate summer recipe is so easy. Make this for dinner or even take it to your next bbq. I’ve made all the ingredients before and turned this into my lunches for the week and it’s so good!

This “recipe” is less of a traditional recipe as I’m sure you can imagine. More or less a meal idea that you can make your own. I’ll give you the rough estimates of how much I used, but feel free to adjust to fit your needs accordingly.

  • Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

  • 3 bunches of Romaine Lettuce

  • 6 oz. Pasta Noodles of choice, cooked and chilled

  • 2 lbs. Chicken, cooked and seasoned to preference

  • Caesar Dressing

  • Shredded/Shaved Parmesan Cheese

  • Croutons

  • Garlic Salt

  • Additional Toppings: Bacon, Onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn

  • Boil noodles. Drain. Cool completely. Sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese. Season and cook chicken to your preference. What seems to work best is in a large bowl combine chopped lettuce, noodles, onion, and bacon together. Store this mixture together. When ready to serve add chicken, croutons, and dressing.
