Spinach Queso Dip

with september creeping up on us very quickly, we figured it was a good time to share a crockpot queso dip. Football and fall evenings are coming up and this is a must try. Skip the main meal, we are snacks and apps girls. we can’t wait to share more appetizers with you in the future.

  • SPINACH QUESO DIP

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained slightly

  • 1 lb. (small box) Mexican velveeta

  • 8 oz. jalapeno cream cheese

  • 1 jar salsa (we use hot salsa, but whatever you prefer will be perfect)

  • Dice cream cheese and velveeta. Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook until melted. Approximately 1 hour. May need to add milk towards the end to thin slightly.

  • We weren’t able to find this specific flavor of cream cheese. I sauted 2 jalapenos and mixed with plain cream cheese.

if you haven’t tried the tostitos black bean and garlic flavored chips you are missing out! they are so good with all kinds of dips. Let us know if you have other flavors that we should try.
