Club Cracker Bars -CopyCat KitKats-

THese bars made an APPEARANCE on our instagram page a while back, but somehow never got a PERMANENT place on our website. With summer in full swing, i think no bake recipes become a little more common. No one wants to heat up the house if they don’t have to. These bars tend to be better if they are chilled making them a fun summer treat.

  • CLUB CRACKER BARS -COPYCAT KITKATS-

  • 1 c. butter

  • 1 c. brown sugar

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs

  • ½  c. milk

  • 1 teaspoon. vanilla

  • Box of Club Crackers

  • ½  c. butterscotch chips

  • ½  c. chocolate chips

  • ⅔  c. peanut butter

  • Boil butter, sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and milk for 10 minutes. Take off heat and stir in vanilla. Line bottom of greased 9x13 pan with club crackers. Spread half of the boiled mixture over top of crackers. Follow with another layer of crackers and rest of mixture over top. Slowly melt peanut butter, and both kinds of chips until completely melted. Cover bars with chocolate. Refrigerate bars until set, best if can sit overnight before serving. I kept mine stored in the fridge for about 4 days before they started to lose the crunch from the crackers.
