Bubble Pizza

This just may be one of the most nostalgic recipes we have on our site. This is one that was on a rotation no matter if we were eating at home or at one of our grandmas house’s. It’s very kid friendly but can be made to please even the pickiest of eaters depending on what toppings you like.

  • BUBBLE PIZZA

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef - browned and drained + other favorite meat pizza toppings

  • 15 oz pizza sauce

  • 2 tubes (12 oz each) biscuits

  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) mozzarella  cheese

  • 1 c. cheddar cheese

  • + Any other pizza toppings you desire.

  • Preheat oven to 400°.

  • Stir pizza sauce in ground and any other meat you want.  Place quartered biscuits in greased 9x13. Top with pizza sauce and beef, top with your other favorite pizza toppings. Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes uncovered. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 min longer until cheese is melted let stand 5-10 min before serving.

WE both love pizza so much that this is one meal we find ourselves making on repeat as part of our regular supper meals.

Also, is it dinner or supper? I think it’s all dependent where you grew up. Around here you will most likely hear us refferring to it as supper.
